Head of the Francette floating restaurant since 2021, Marie Pacotte leads a brigade of 25 people and participates in season 15 Top Chef broadcast on M6. Her cuisine, vegetable and refined, is synonymous with refinement and French elegance.

When you meet Marie Pacotte for the first time, it feels like reconnecting with a lifelong friend. The 28-year-old chef is currently at the helm of Francette, a restaurant nestled at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, where she expertly leads a brigade of 20 people, combining skill and good humor.

Trained at the Ferrandi School and later under Philippe Mille at Les Crayères, Marie Pacotte has developed an unwavering passion for seafood and vegetables. Her dishes blend boldness and authenticity, reimagining the classics of French gastronomy with a contemporary, plant-based twist and a hint of salinity that evokes the ocean she particularly cherishes.

Her remarkable participation in the fifteenth season of Top Chef on M6 revealed her unique culinary identity. But beyond her culinary talents, it is her radiant personality that captivates. Our barge at the dock is located in a unique spot at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower. We have recreated a liner boat atmosphere through three levels: the outside terrace on the penthouse, a bistronomic restaurant and an underwater wine cellar.
