A graduate of the prestigious Ferrandi school and with a wealth of experience in Michelin-starred establishments, Marie Pacotte has acquired a solid reputation in the Parisian culinary world.
Candidate for the fifteenth anniversary season, Marie offers an innovative vision of cuisine with an emphasis on plant and seafood. Unfurling a unique €60 high-flying menu in 4 to 6 courses with colorful plates that taste of iodine, Marie Pacotte invites you to a veritable symphony in the mouth thanks to her remarkable work with seasonal produce. Each dish is meticulously crafted to offer an exceptional taste experience, while the 35€ food and beverage pairing harmoniously completes each tasting experience. For wine lovers, Marius Andrieu, the in-house sommelier, will be delighted to show you around the underwater cellar, with over 200 references of French wines. Naturally, the menu changes from week to week, echoing the program's most cult recipes.
