Creativity and determination are Tania's key words. The 32-year-old Sardinian chef already has a career that commands respect. After training in Italy at the Fort Village Resort with Chef Gordon Ramsay, the young woman dreamed of joining France, she continued her career with Chefs Sebasien Gravé and Louise Jacob at the Pottoka, then spent a few years at the Ritz and finally at the Auberge de Glazicks two Michelin stars. Chef for the first time at only 26 years old at the Vida restaurant at Juan Arbelaez, she also participated in season 13 of the program Top Chef broadcast on the M6 channel in the team of Glenn Viel. Today Tania is the chef of one of the Fuga addresses, Laïa, located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris and which offers recipes full of sunshine placed under the sign of the Mediterranean!
