Tania Cadeddu chef of the restaurant Laïa
Creativity and determination are Tania's watchwords. The 32-year-old Sardinian chef already boasts a career path that commands respect. After training in Italy at the Forte Village Resort with Chef Gordon Ramsay, the young woman dreamed of moving to France, where she continued her career with Chefs Sebasien Gravé and Louise Jacob at the Pottoka, then spent a few years at the Ritz and finally at the two-Michelin-starred Auberge de Glazicks. A chef for the first time at just 26 years of age at Juan Arbelaez's Vida restaurant, she also took part in season 13 of the Top Chef show broadcast on the M6 channel as part of Glenn Viel's team. Today, Tania is the chef at one of Fuga's addresses, Laïa, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, which offers authentic, bold cuisine, supported by wood-fired cooking.
