THE COCKTAIL CLUB: LAIA VOLTAIRE x ALAIN MILLIAT

A garden in the heart of Paris, fruity cocktails, aromatic flowers... At Laïa Voltaire, around a masterclass led by our head sommelier Alizée Durieux, we plunged into the world of Alain Milliat. In the shaker: organic concentrates, tailor-made creations, and a pizza with roasted peach and Parma ham to perfect it all.

The Fruity Summer Collaboration

To celebrate the summer season in the right way, FUGA Family And The Alain Milliat House Have Imagined a Format That Combines Creation, Sharing and Naturalness : one Outdoor Cocktail Masterclass, in the heart of the hidden garden of Laïa Voltaire.

The participants were invited to compose their own cocktail based on Organic dilutable concentrates signed Alain Milliat, accompanied by syrups, nectars, fresh herbs and edible flowers picked on our rooftop.

The Cocktail Club Waiting for you all summer at Laïa Voltaire, from Tuesday to Saturday evening until 30 August.Come and enjoy our fruity cocktails born from the masterclass, accompanied by the Laïazza with roasted peach and Parma ham — the perfect pairing for your summer aperitifs. 🍑🍸
